Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for Coordinating Project Schedules
- Including project-based schedules for several facilities
- You will be responsible for coordinating general daily enquires from customers.
- Including working directly with customers to secure project windows and coordinate the project through to completion
- Including maintaining and developing key relationships with new and existing customers
- Having full knowledge of tariff rates for individual customers
- Attending customer meetings and holding conference calls as required
- Ensuring customer expectations are managed and exceeded.
- You will be responsible for processing Timesheets and Sales Invoices
- Including maintaining accurate financial records
- You will be part of the Project team, supporting all departments and maintaining company services commercially
- Responsible for coordinating and maintaining company management systems.
Deliver a Professional High Level of Output.Personal Specification:
- Background in Coordinating Project Schedules
- Background liaising with Clients
- Proactive with the ability to time-manage, coordinate and problem solve
- Excellent IT skills & Excel ability.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills with the ability to efficiently coordinate and work on multiple tasks simultaneously in a highly deadline-driven environment
- Ability to work in a team as a key member but also have the ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks with a high level of independence and ownership
