The induction process will include a group interview, walk around the factory and one2one interview.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Operating and monitoring production machinery to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
  • Conducting quality checks at various stages of production to maintain product consistency and meet quality standards.
  • Assisting in packaging and labelling finished products for distribution.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the production area to comply with food safety regulations.
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve production targets and resolve any operational issues.
  • Adhering to all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in food production or a similar manufacturing environment is advantageous but not essential.
  • Basic knowledge of food handling and hygiene practices.
  • Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining quality standards.
