We have an opportunity for an HR Advisor with generalist experience to join our client in Gateshead on a permanent basis.

What will you be doing:

  • Dealing will general HR queries and providing guidance
  • Leading Employee relations, including investigations, grievances and absence management
  • Recruitment, job advertising through relationships with stakeholders and onboarding
  • Keeping employee records up to date and compliance
  • Ensuring policies and procedures are relevant and up to date
  • Supporting with key projects and initiatives as they arise

What are they looking for:

  • HR Generalist experience
  • A strong level of ER knowledge
  • Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies
  • CIPD level 5 qualified or equivalent experience
