- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social platforms
- Support product launches and new brand activity
- Create engaging content and support direct-to-consumer communications
- Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to produce high-quality marketing assets
- Manage packaging sign-off and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing key insights
- Help build brand engagement through social media and promotional activity
- Around 2 years' experience in a marketing role, ideally within FMCG or a related sector
- Solid understanding of digital channels, including social media and content management
- Experience supporting the launch of new products or campaigns, ideally within a fast-paced environment
- Good analytical skills and confidence working with data and spreadsheets
- Excellent communication and project coordination skills
- A marketing degree or professional qualification (desirable)
- Enthusiastic, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities
- A full UK driving licence is essential
