With significant investment in new product development and over 30 brands planned for launch, it’s a great time to come on board.THE ROLEReporting into a Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key part in the delivery of multi-channel campaigns and product launches across two key brands in the group. The role blends strategic input with hands-on delivery—offering real variety and the opportunity to make a visible impact.Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social platforms
  • Support product launches and new brand activity
  • Create engaging content and support direct-to-consumer communications
  • Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to produce high-quality marketing assets
  • Manage packaging sign-off and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing key insights
  • Help build brand engagement through social media and promotional activity
YOUR SKILLS / EXPERIENCEI'm looking for a proactive and hands-on marketer with strong digital awareness and an appetite for learning in a fast-moving environment.You’ll Bring:
  • Around 2 years' experience in a marketing role, ideally within FMCG or a related sector
  • Solid understanding of digital channels, including social media and content management
  • Experience supporting the launch of new products or campaigns, ideally within a fast-paced environment
  • Good analytical skills and confidence working with data and spreadsheets
  • Excellent communication and project coordination skills
  • A marketing degree or professional qualification (desirable)
  • Enthusiastic, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • A full UK driving licence is essential
