As a Miller in the machine shop you will be responsible for operating both CNC and manual milling machines to the required tolerances specified on the drawings.
You will report to the Machine Shop Supervisor.
You will be expected to operate the machinery in a safe and effective manner while maximising the machine efficiency levels.
Recording and maintaining relevant documentation in an organised manner.
Must be Time served in an Engineering discipline.
Must have experience working in a heavy manufacturing environment.
This is a large milling machine running with Siemens control, so Siemens experience would be preferable.
4 shift rotation so please only apply if you can commit to working days and nights.
The role will be a fixed term 12-month contract with possible extension.
