Corporate Benefits Associate

My client, a growing and forward-thinking financial services firm, is looking to appoint a Corporate Benefits Associate to join their team in Newcastle. This junior-level role is geared towards individuals with a strong interest in employee benefits and a clear aptitude for business development.

The successful candidate will support the wider corporate benefits team, helping to generate new business opportunities while contributing to the delivery of tailored solutions across group pensions, risk, and healthcare benefits.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the corporate space
