Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and schedule engineers and maintenance works.

Manage engineer diaries and allocate resources effectively.

Handle procurement of materials, liaising with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and timely delivery.

Provide administrative support including job logging, record keeping, and reporting.

Assist in preparing quotations and estimating works (training provided).

Gain exposure to basic CAD work as part of career development.
About You:

Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail.

Confident communicator, able to liaise with engineers, suppliers, and clients.

Proactive, eager to learn, and motivated to progress in the role.

Basic IT skills required; experience with scheduling or CAFM systems is beneficial but not essential.

Interest in developing technical knowledge (estimating/CAD training provided).
