?? What You'll Be Doing

As a Procurement Administrator, you'll support the Head of Procurement and the wider team by ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining accurate data, and fostering strong relationships across internal departments and suppliers. Your key outputs will include:

  • Processing purchase requisitions and placing Purchase Orders
  • Monitoring and expediting orders to ensure timely delivery
  • Supporting functional reporting through KPI and data analysis
  • Maintaining SAP master data and acting as a key SAP functional user
  • Supporting supplier on-boarding and off-boarding processes
  • Ensuring procurement activity is compliant with policy and procedures

You'll work closely with cross-functional groups such as:

  • Operations, Stores, Supply Chain, Production, Finance, Engineering, Marketing, IT, and Legal
  • External supplier contacts and internal stakeholders at all levels

  • Efficient and accurate procurement support
  • High-quality data and reporting to drive decision-making
  • Strong supplier relationships and timely requisition processing
  • Seamless collaboration across internal teams

�? Ideal Candidate

We're looking for someone with:

  • Experience supporting procurement or supply chain functions
  • Working knowledge of SAP (P2P or procurement module preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
