The ideal candidate should have a strong track record in listing and excellent customer service skills.
This full-time role requires working Monday to Friday with alternate Saturdays, offering a basic salary of £26,000 and an OTE of £40,000.
Candidates must possess a driving license and demonstrate a positive, driven mentality with a professional working attitude.

Our clients, a market-leading and highly successful Estate Agency, are looking to recruit a Sales Valuer in the Gateshead area. The role is available due to expansion and a strong market presence.

This would suit a lister who can convert valuations into instructions, offering excellent customer service.

Working hours:

Full Time
Monday – Friday
Alternate Saturdays (lieu day when Saturday worked)

The successful Valuer will be offered:

Basic salary £26,000
OTE £40,000
Company car or allowance
