Key Responsibilities: As a supply secondary Teacher , your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and delivering engaging and effective lessons to Secondary school students.
- Adhering to the school's curriculum and contributing to its development.
- Assessing and tracking student progress, providing constructive feedback, and supporting their academic growth.
- Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters a love for learning.
Requirements: To excel in this role, you should have:
- Proactivity, resilience, kindness and empathy
- An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to go through the process with us)
- A full checkable work history
- A relevant teaching qualification
- A passion for teaching and a commitment to the educational development of Secondary school students.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- A willingness to learn and grow as an educator.
