The Role

  • Supporting recruitment across their Care Services and National Office.
  • Managing vacancies, interviews, and vetting processes with efficiency and care.
  • Producing weekly recruitment data to support organisational KPIs.
  • Acting as a positive ambassador for the Recruitment Team and their values.
