We are looking for motivated candidates to join a distribution company as warehouse operatives.
The role involves sorting parcels, ensuring accuracy, and handling items up to 23kg.
Candidates should be eager to learn and work effectively as part of a team.
The position offers a salary of £14.50 per hour for day shifts and £16.82 for night shifts, with overtime pay available.
No prior experience is required, as all training will be provided.

Job Responsibilities:

As a warehouse operative your duties will include

To provide an excellent delivery experience for customers by receiving and sorting parcels into correct postcodes
Ensuring accuracy throughout shift.
Working in a fast paced and engaging environment
Handling a full range of items sold.
Lifting and moving products up to 23kg in weight
Using a pick sheet and hand-held scanner.
Ensuring goods are ready for dispatch.
Communicating effectively as part of a team
Follow all health and safety rules and regulations.

Shifts and Salary:

Shifts 6am-12pm, 6am-2pm, 10pm-6am

£14.50 for days

£16.82 nights

£21.75 per hour for over time 40-50 hours

£29 per hour for over time 50-60 hours

New shifts:

6am-12.30pm 30 hours per week

12.30pm-8pm 35 hours per week

4pm-9pm 16 hours per week

2.30am-11am 40 hours per week

4pm-11pm Full time 5/7 days, have to work Mondays on this shift
