- Welding experience (metals or plastics)
- Fabricating to job sheets and technical drawings
- Confident in the use of power tools
- Ability to follow health & safety and manufacturing best practices
- Awareness of continuous improvement processes

- Welding expertise (basic to advanced)
- Strong attention to detail
- Clear communication skills
- Team player with the ability to work independently when required
