What You Will Do:

- Design, develop, validate, and introduce cabin components into vehicle programmes, ensuring they meet quality, cost, and time requirements.

- Take full ownership of the component delivery plan, managing every stage of the development process.

- Act as the technical lead for specific components and systems, ensuring their integrity and alignment with programme goals.

- Utilise tools such as Digital, CAD, and CAE to develop and refine component system geometry.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical and process-related challenges effectively.

- Apply problem-solving techniques to overcome obstacles and deliver innovative solutions.

What You Will Bring:

- A strong understanding of the full product development lifecycle, with experience in new product development.

- Proven ability to manage and resolve business, technical, and process issues.

- Proficiency in key software applications, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

- A degree qualification or equivalent experience in an engineering discipline is preferred.
