What You Will Do:
- Lead the update, revision, and control of DFMEA and DRBFMs across vehicle structures, ensuring alignment with corporate metrics.
- Drive failure mode avoidance activities to enhance vehicle structure quality and reliability.
- Spearhead improvements in warranty performance, R/1000, A/1000, TGW, White Alerts, and Grey Alerts.
- Support the resolution of technical assistance queries and engineering-led IQM projects.
- Oversee lessons learned processes, ensuring timely reviews, robust risk analysis, and actionable resolution plans.
- Provide expertise in 3DEx Total Requirements Management for design rules and requirements release.
What You Will Bring:
- Proven experience in CAD/CAM/CAE software and the ability to create technical blueprints and simulation models.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex projects and processes.
- Expertise in quality systems, failure mode avoidance, and engineering design improvements.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills to drive collaboration and deliver results.
- A background in automotive or related industries with a focus on vehicle structures is highly advantageous.
