We are seeking experienced Electrical Engineers to join our team on a 12-month contract, working with our esteemed customer in Gaydon. This role involves researching, developing, designing, and testing electrical components, equipment, systems, and networks. You will design electrical equipment, facilities, components, products, and systems for commercial, industrial, and domestic purposes.
As a recognized subject matter expert in your field, you will bring advanced education and extensive work experience to the role. Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing large projects or processes with limited oversight from the manager.
* Coaching, reviewing, and delegating work to lower-level professionals.
* Tackling difficult and often complex problems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage significant projects or processes.
* Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers.
* Solve complex technical challenges with innovative solutions.
Qualifications:
* Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
* Extensive experience in electrical engineering, particularly in designing and testing electrical systems.
* Proven track record of managing large projects and mentoring junior staff.
