What You Will Do:
- Lead investigations into wheel alignment and ride height issues, implementing statistical and capability-driven improvements.
- Deliver robust plans to ensure seamless gateway delivery, employing best practices and quality tools.
- Facilitate and drive the resolution of cross-functional platform chassis issues, ensuring alignment with programme timelines.
- Support the Launch Quality Operating Standard (LQOS) by defining problems and identifying root causes during each build phase.
- Regularly lead cross-functional teams to solve complex challenges and remove roadblocks to delivery.
- Push forward innovative solutions and ensure the highest standards of engineering excellence.
What You Will Bring:
- Strong mathematical and Excel skills, underpinned by a solid understanding of engineering principles.
- Experience with quality tools such as 8D, Six Sigma, and Ishikawa diagrams.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage with multiple business functions.
- High levels of personal organisation, self-motivation, and the ability to deliver with minimal supervision.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn new methods to enhance team effectiveness.
