Are you a highly motivated engineering professional looking to make an impact in the automotive industry? We are seeking a Virtual Build Planning Lead to join a pioneering team focused on ensuring seamless prototype build delivery. This role is key in aligning engineering data with build activities, ensuring technical excellence, and leading the resolution of CAD issues across multiple vehicle and powertrain projects.

As the Virtual Build Planning Lead, you’ll drive the coordination of engineering data, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure builds are executed to the highest standards. You will be at the centre of technical planning and issue management, playing a vital role in the development of modern luxury vehicles.

Role Responsibilities:

Coordinate and align engineering data (CAD BOM, Plan for Every Part, BoM Validation, Part to Order BoM) for multiple prototype projects.
Lead the delivery of buildable Engineering BOM (CAD) to enable physical builds of vehicles, powertrains, and rigs.
Identify and manage risks or issues impacting build readiness through regular programme reviews and board walks.
Conduct CAD quality issue resolution reviews, leading discussions with stakeholders and engineering customers.

Skills & Experience:

Strong knowledge of automotive Bill of Materials (BoM).

Solid technical understanding of vehicle and powertrain systems.
Proven project management skills across complex engineering workstreams.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for tracking and reporting.
