I am currently recruiting on behalf of a Luxury Automotive OEM, based in Gaydon, who are seeking a Technical Change Management Specialist to join their team

Job Description

As Technical Change Management Specialist, your main responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for the IT organization's process improvement and change management activities by applying process improvement, change management methodologies, communication planning, organizational readiness assessment and stakeholder analyses.
  • Ensure stakeholders understand the need for change
  • Build motivation and engagement to support the change
  • Equip stakeholders with the skills and understanding to change
  • Enable stakeholders to implement the change in their roles
  • Sustain the change and embed it into culture and processes
  • Champion the standardised lifecycle model across all initiatives
  • Ensure alignment between business change and technical delivery
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and feedback loops
  • Report on adoption and value metrics to leadership

Qualifications / Skills needed

  • A recognized subject matter expert
  • Managing large projects or processes, with limited oversight from manager.
  • Coaching, reviewing and delegating work to lower level professionals.
  • Problems faced are difficult and often complex.
  • Automotive experience
