I am currently recruiting on behalf of a Luxury Automotive OEM, based in Gaydon, who are seeking a Technical Change Management Specialist to join their team
Job Description
As Technical Change Management Specialist, your main responsibilities include:
- Responsible for the IT organization's process improvement and change management activities by applying process improvement, change management methodologies, communication planning, organizational readiness assessment and stakeholder analyses.
- Ensure stakeholders understand the need for change
- Build motivation and engagement to support the change
- Equip stakeholders with the skills and understanding to change
- Enable stakeholders to implement the change in their roles
- Sustain the change and embed it into culture and processes
- Champion the standardised lifecycle model across all initiatives
- Ensure alignment between business change and technical delivery
- Drive stakeholder engagement and feedback loops
- Report on adoption and value metrics to leadership
Qualifications / Skills needed
- A recognized subject matter expert
- Managing large projects or processes, with limited oversight from manager.
- Coaching, reviewing and delegating work to lower level professionals.
- Problems faced are difficult and often complex.
- Automotive experience
