Our client, a well established company based in Gerrards Cross with a long serving team, is seeking a Service Administrator to join their friendly team.The successful candidate will support the Service Manager in a wide variety of tasks in a busy and fast paced environment. They will coordinate and book planned maintenance work and be the first point of contact for clients via phone and email.

This is a busy varied role and we are looking for someone with lots of initiative, common sense, who enjoys working in a small friendly company with superb communication skills.

Monday to Friday 8.30 - 5 office based.Duties include

  • Booking planned maintenance visits with clients
  • Organising the engineering team for maximum productivity and efficiency
  • Keeping service diary up to date
  • Reviewing and planning any return/no access visits for both planned maintenance and call outs
  • Processing client requests for call outs, including scheduling engineers, liaising with clients and entering orders on internal system
  • Stock ordering

Skills and Experience

  • Previous scheduling or coordinating experience would be beneficial
  • Good organisational skills
  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Abilty to work well under pressure
