Enterprise Sales & Business Growth Manager - ERP Solutions (UK Region)

£100,000 (£160,000 OTE)

Bucks / remote (onsite 4-6 times a month)

My client, an IFS ERP Partner is actively seeking an Enterprise Sales & Business Growth Manager to head up their UK sales function selling to UK clients in the manufacturing, Construction or Field service industries.

The ideal candidate will bring deep industry knowledge in construction, manufacturing, and/or field service, a strong track record in high-value ERP license sales, and a strategic mindset focused on business growth. This is a full-cycle sales role—from lead generation through to contract negotiation and handover—requiring both strategic vision and executional excellence.

We’re looking for a proven enterprise sales professional who can:

  • Win and grow new business with companies turning over £100m+.
  • Close deals with £500k+ ACV and £2m total contract value.
  • Generate your own pipeline and work hand-in-hand with our marketing team.
  • Sell value, not just software - especially in complex project environments.
  • Thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environments.

Key requirements,

  • 5-10 years of experience in enterprise sales, ideally within the ERP or SaaS space.
  • Proven ability to close complex, high-value deals—£500k+ ACV and multimillion-pound total contracts.
  • Strong understanding of ERP needs in the construction, field service, or manufacturing sectors.
  • IFS experience is highly desirable and will be a significant advantage.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and contract negotiation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a self-starter attitude and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven, and collaborative environment.
  • Track record of self-generating leads and creating opportunity pipelines from scratch.
