Are you a data-savvy digital marketeer with a strong command of Dynamics 365? We're looking for a dedicated Dynamics 365 Marketeer to drive CRM-led digital strategy for a purpose-driven organisation. This is your chance to make a measurable impact across digital channels while shaping audience engagement and campaign performance.
About the Role
You’ll take ownership of the organisation’s CRM-driven marketing efforts. You’ll play a key role in designing and delivering targeted campaigns, leveraging data for segmentation, automation, and performance reporting. You’ll also collaborate across teams to ensure consistent digital communication and optimise both paid and organic outreach strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver CRM-centric digital marketing strategies using Dynamics 365
- Manage and execute targeted email campaigns, automations, and performance reporting
- Use segmentation and behavioural insights to optimise customer journeys
- Support and evolve paid social media campaigns and digital advertising
- Collaborate with content and comms teams on messaging and campaign assets
- Implement SEO best practices and monitor analytics (Google Analytics, CRM dashboards)
- Work closely with senior stakeholders and cross-departmental teams on digital initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Proven hands-on experience managing campaigns and data within Dynamics 365 CRM
- A strong track record of executing digital marketing strategies and automation workflows
- Experience with paid media, SEO, and analytics tools
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills
- Highly organised, analytical, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
Desirable
- Experience with AI-driven content tools and marketing automation enhancements
- Familiarity with complex stakeholder environments or public service sectors
- Understanding of specialist or niche audiences (e.g., community-based groups)
