About the Role

As the Assembly Operative Pipes (Deburr/Polish), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality standards are met. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Using program cards to accurately cut pipes using an electric saw
  • Setting and operating pipe bending machines with precision
  • Fitting pipes to the relevant form blocks and using digital measuring equipment to make any necessary adjustments
  • Conducting inspections in accordance with quality standards and issuing the appropriate certificates and stamps
  • Monitoring the fitness of tools and equipment, and arranging for their replacement or recalibration as needed


What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate for the Assembly Operative Pipes (Deburr/Polish) role will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Advanced deburring techniques (desirable)
  • Proficiency in metal polishing
  • Broad experience in reading and interpreting engineering drawings
