Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage electrical projects from inception to completion
- Oversee design, procurement, construction & commissioning phases
- Monitor project progress, budgets & schedules, implementing changes as required
- Supervise site activities, contractors & stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Prepare reports, documentation & financial forecasts
- Conduct regular project meetings & maintain clear communication
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Proven project management experience in electrical engineering or construction
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems
- Excellent leadership, organisation & problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of health & safety compliance
- Strong communication skills across all stakeholders
- Proficient in project management software
- Full UK driving licence
