The Role:
As Mechanical Project Supervisor, you’ll lead on-site teams to deliver mechanical installations safely, on time, and to spec. You’ll coordinate with engineers and project managers, ensure compliance, and mentor junior staff.
Key Duties:
- Supervise site teams and workflows
- Liaise with project managers and clients
- Conduct site inspections and safety checks
- Resolve technical issues and maintain documentation
- Enforce quality control and safety standards
- Ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery
Requirements:
- Experience in mechanical supervision within building services
- Strong leadership and technical skills
- Familiarity with education, healthcare, and commercial projects
- Full UK driving licence
