About the Role – Contact Centre AdvisorAs a Contact Centre Advisor, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, providing support, promoting services, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You’ll be part of a friendly and professional team, working collaboratively to meet service and performance goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Making outbound calls to existing and potential customers
- Following up on enquiries and previous interactions
- Promoting products and services in a clear and engaging manner
- Accurately updating customer records and notes

To be successful in this role, you will need to:

- Be located within a commutable distance to Rochester
