About the Role – Contact Centre Advisor

As a Contact Centre Advisor, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, providing support, promoting services, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You’ll be part of a friendly and professional team, working collaboratively to meet service and performance goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Making outbound calls to existing and potential customers
  • Following up on enquiries and previous interactions
  • Promoting products and services in a clear and engaging manner
  • Accurately updating customer records and notes
  • Handling objections and resolving queries with professionalism
  • Achieving individual and team targets for customer satisfaction and engagement
