This business is looking for a new Customer Support Representative to become a great problem resolver and to help complete customer needs to a high standard. This business will train you to a high competent standard to ensure your skills are maximised
Day-to-day of the role for the Customer Support Representative:
- Dealing with customer requirements via verbal and written communication
- Understanding the full enquiry of the customer then dealing with this in an appropriate manner
- Carry out full responses to ensure the customer is satisfied
- Have a reactive and polite ethic when dealing with all customers
- Dealing with unhappy customers to help resolve and retain business
Required skills and qualifications for the Customer Support Representative:
- A good capability of typing out responses and dealing with customers over the phone
- Excellent telephone manner
- A basic understanding of computers/IT, being able to type efficiently
- GCSE or equivalent to in English
- Previous customer service experienced is required
