I’m partnered with a huge organisation that is looking find a Customer Support Representative, to help maintain a high quality of customer service!

This business is looking for a new Customer Support Representative to become a great problem resolver and to help complete customer needs to a high standard. This business will train you to a high competent standard to ensure your skills are maximised

Day-to-day of the role for the Customer Support Representative:

  • Dealing with customer requirements via verbal and written communication
  • Understanding the full enquiry of the customer then dealing with this in an appropriate manner
  • Carry out full responses to ensure the customer is satisfied
  • Have a reactive and polite ethic when dealing with all customers
  • Dealing with unhappy customers to help resolve and retain business

Required skills and qualifications for the Customer Support Representative:

  • A good capability of typing out responses and dealing with customers over the phone
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • A basic understanding of computers/IT, being able to type efficiently
  • GCSE or equivalent to in English
  • Previous customer service experienced is required
