What We're Looking For:
? Minimum 12 months' experience in education recruitment (primary, secondary, SEND, or nursery)? Strong 360° recruitment skills with a proven billing track record? Previous experience managing or mentoring consultants - or ready to take the step up? Commercial mindset and drive to develop business in a competitive market? Full UK driving licence and access to a car (essential for school visits)? Passionate about education and making a difference in schools and communities

Your Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and support a
small team of consultants* Manage your own warm desk - placing education professionals across Kent* Build and maintain strong school and candidate relationships* Drive business development and team performance targets* Conduct school visits, interviews, and client meetings regularly* Promote a collaborative, results-driven culture
Working Hours:
?? Monday-Thursday: 7:00am - 4:30pm?? Friday: 7:00am - 4:00pm�? Hybrid working - 2 to 3 days from home? Reduced hours during school holidays
