Role Overview:
- Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions - including sales, purchases, remortgages, leaseholds, freeholds, and transfers of equity
- Deliver high-quality service with a client-focused approach and clear, proactive communication
- Supervise and mentor support staff to help drive team success
- Contribute to the firm's growth through business development and networking
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal risk protocols
- Stay abreast of legal developments and commit to ongoing professional development
About You:
- Qualified (Solicitor, CILEx, Licensed Conveyancer) or qualified by strong experience
- Proven ability to run a conveyancing caseload independently
- Proficient with case management systems and confident in digital workflows
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on client care
- A proactive, ambitious mindset and a collaborative, team-oriented attitude
