Role Overview:

  • Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions - including sales, purchases, remortgages, leaseholds, freeholds, and transfers of equity
  • Deliver high-quality service with a client-focused approach and clear, proactive communication
  • Supervise and mentor support staff to help drive team success
  • Contribute to the firm's growth through business development and networking
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal risk protocols
  • Stay abreast of legal developments and commit to ongoing professional development

About You:

  • Qualified (Solicitor, CILEx, Licensed Conveyancer) or qualified by strong experience
  • Proven ability to run a conveyancing caseload independently
  • Proficient with case management systems and confident in digital workflows
  • Strong communication skills with an emphasis on client care
  • A proactive, ambitious mindset and a collaborative, team-oriented attitude
