Academics Rochester are working with an 'Outstanding' Ofsted rated Primary school to recruit a strong Early Years Leader.

The school are in need of a leader, who will shape and continue to direct the Early Years team, ensuring the children will get the best start to their education and school journey.

You will receive continued support from the Senior Leadership Team of the school and Trust.

This is an exciting opportunity for an EYFS Leader who is knowledgeable, has a creative flare and zest for learning will strive for excellence.

The successful candidate will:

  • Be a proven strong EYFS teacher who has a clear understanding of high-quality teaching, learning and curriculum
  • Have leadership skills that will enable staff to flourish and pupils to reach their potential, underpinned by a strong personal philosophy and clear pedagogical subject knowledge
  • Be dedicated to raising standards and removing barriers to learning for all pupils
  • Have high expectations of themselves and pupils with a positive, can do and proactive nature
  • A commitment to developing an engaging and exciting curriculum based on practical and first-hand learning experiences set within a very strong learning environment
