EYFS Teacher - Gillingham

Full-time - MPS/UPS - September Start

Tradewind are working with a Primary School in Gillingham, recruiting for an EYFS Teacher to start in September, on a full-time permanent basis. The school is open to year groups and would be happy to discuss what year group would be ideal for you. This is open to both ECTs and experienced teachers alike. Shortlisting is happening right now and interviews will be commencing imminently.

The school is a 2-form entry primary school in Gillingham near the town centre. They are graded Good by Ofsted and have a wonderful culture of nurture and support both for the staff and students. The school has limited parking and is easier to access via public transport.

The Role

  • Planning and delivering the Primary Curriculum
  • Responsibility for ensuring your cohort is supported and challenged appropriately with the work set.
  • Managing behaviour within the classroom effectively
  • Liaising with Parents/Guardians on the progress and/or potential development areas of students

Requirements

  • Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) in the UK
  • Experience teaching the UK Pearly Years Curriculum as an EYFS Teacher would be highly desirable but not essential.
  • Hold an enhanced DBS (DBS on the update service is highly desirable)
  • Have right to work in the UKMust have right to work in the UK
