We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our client's team as an Online Live Chat Agent.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through live chat and email.
Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer issues and escalate complex issues
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries received via live chat and email.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and a customer service-oriented mindset.
