Reed Business Support are delighted to be working with our client in Rochester who are looking to add a Senior Scheduler to their expanding team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced scheduler who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working as part of a collaborative and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating and scheduling daily workloads to ensure smooth and efficient operations
  • Managing schedules and resolving conflicts or changes quickly and effectively
  • Acting as a key point of contact between teams, clients, and stakeholders
  • Monitoring progress and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Supporting and mentoring junior team members

About You:

  • Proven experience in a scheduling, planning, or coordination role (senior/lead experience desirable)
  • Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Confident working under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle due to the location
