Service Mobilisation Coordinator

£26,000 - £28,000 DOE.

Location: Gillingham, Kent

About the Role

Are you the kind of person who thrives on structure, accuracy, and seeing projects through from start to finish?
We’re looking for a Service Mobilisation Coordinator to take charge of managing the full contract setup process, ensuring everything runs smoothly from initial handover through to renewal.

This is a key position that bridges operations, service, and sales, playing a vital role in delivering a seamless experience for clients. You’ll be at the centre of communication between departments, making sure every detail is captured, verified, and aligned for success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for new contract setups and reviews in collaboration with the Sales Team.
  • Coordinate smooth handovers to the Service Department, ensuring all site and client data is accurate and complete.
  • Verify contract values and issue renewal quotations within agreed timeframes.
  • Track and follow up on outstanding renewals, identifying any potential risks or delays.
  • Maintain accurate contract databases, asset registers, and client records.
  • Manage the mobilisation and transition of renewed contracts, ensuring service continuity.
  • Raise and manage subcontractor purchase orders in line with procurement policies.
  • Prepare and deliver weekly reports on contract performance, renewals, and key trends.
  • Handle a range of administrative and coordination tasks independently and with precision.
  • Support related functions such as estimation and service delivery when required.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a confident, proactive individual who takes pride in doing things right the first time. You’ll have the ability to balance structure with flexibility, managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of accuracy.

Essential qualities and experience:

  • Previous experience in a senior administrative, coordination, or contract support role.
  • Ideally from a service-based or technical industry.
  • Commercially aware, with a solid understanding of contract management and service delivery.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Strong communicator — professional, approachable, and clear.
  • Resilient under pressure, with a solutions-focused mindset.
  • Confident working with data, documents, and Microsoft Office applications.

Why Join Us?

You’ll be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking business where people genuinely matter. The company promotes a culture of teamwork, respect, and continuous improvement — and provides the tools and support for you to develop your skills and career.

You can expect:

  • Competitive salary and benefits package
  • Generous annual leave allowance – 22 days holiday + Bank holidays.
  • Pension scheme
  • Health and wellbeing support (including healthcare plan)
  • Free on-site parking
  • Training and career development opportunities
  • Inclusive and supportive work environment
  • Employee perks and recognition schemes
