Experienced HSQE Advisor required to join our client based in Medway

Key duties of this role are:-

  • The auditing of production and related equipment and processes to ensure they are safe.
  • To focus on prevention by ensuring equipment maintenance and employee training is up to date
  • To create safety plans, to include suggested improvement area's to existing infrastructure and business processes
  • To conduct new starter H & S inductions
  • To keep up to date with new legislation and to prepare H & S strategies as necessary
  • To produce Method Statements and Risk Assessments for site installations

Candidates suited to this role will have a proven background as a H & S Advisor, be NEBOSH / IOSH qualified and posess excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and deliver training plans.
