We're looking for a motivated, technically strong IT professional who can deliver robust support, spearhead infrastructure improvements, and mentor junior colleagues.

?? What You'll Be Doing

As a key member of the IT team, you'll provide expert-level support and lead infrastructure upgrades, ensuring systems are reliable, secure, and future-ready.

* Deliver 3rd line support across different locations * Lead IT infrastructure projects - servers, networking, Office365 migrations* Manage Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Azure)* Support and enhance networking infrastructure (VPNs, VLANs, Meraki)* Monitor system performance and ensure optimal uptime* Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors* Document solutions and improve infrastructure processes* Mentor 1st/2nd line support staff

??What You Bring

* 5+ years in a 3rd line or senior infrastructure support role* Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and best practices* Proven ability to manage and support complex technical environments

Preferred Technical Skills:

* Windows Server (2012-2025)* Microsoft 365 administration (SharePoint, Exchange Online, Azure)* Active Directory & Azure AD* Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, VLANs)* Cisco Meraki (switching, firewalls, wireless)* Hyper-V virtualisation* Windows desktop support

Soft Skills:

* Analytical mindset with strong troubleshooting ability* High attention to detail* Confident communicator and team collaborator* Able to manage tasks independently and drive improvements
