Key Responsibilities:
- Produce mechanical designs, calculations & specifications
- Oversee production of drawings, ensuring deadlines & accuracy
- Prepare detailed design documentation, schedules & reports
- Liaise with clients, project teams & senior management
- Carry out site surveys using advanced scanning tools
- Issue/respond to RFIs & support project delivery
- Contribute to energy modelling & sustainable design
Requirements:
- Degree in Building Services Engineering or equivalent
- Proven experience in mechanical design within building services
- Knowledge of Revit, Hevacomp, AutoCAD & Microsoft Office
- Understanding of current building regulations & low-carbon design
- Strong organisation, communication & client-facing skills
- Full UK driving licence
