We are currently seeking fully qualified teachers interested in full-time or part-time supply work within primary schools across Medway.

With nine years of experience supporting both mainstream primary and SEND settings, I’ve built strong relationships with a range of welcoming and well resourced schools throughout the area. As a Supply Teacher working with TailorEDucation, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils’ learning and development. • The ideal candidate will have:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
• Proven experience delivering lessons within a UK school environment
• Strong subject knowledge and the ability to plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
• A passion for supporting the progress and wellbeing of all learners
• Flexibility to adapt to different school environments and year groups
