Academics Rochester is working in partnership with an Ofsted-rated 'Outstanding' Primary School to recruit a dedicated and dynamic Early Years Leader.

We are seeking a leader who will shape and continue to guide the Early Years team, ensuring that all children receive the best possible start to their education journey.

You will be fully supported by an experienced and nurturing Senior Leadership Team within the school and Trust. This is an exciting opportunity for an EYFS leader who is knowledgeable, creative, and passionate about early years education.

The successful Early Years Leader will:
  • Be a strong, proven EYFS teacher with a clear understanding of high-quality teaching, learning, and curriculum design.

  • Demonstrate leadership skills that empower staff and enable pupils to reach their full potential, underpinned by strong values and pedagogical insight.
