- Managing the day-to-day office admin (ordering supplies, calls, general organisation)
- Ensuring certifications and insurances are up to date
- H&S accreditations
- Ordering stationary or anything needed for the office
- Looking after invoicing, payments, and supplier statements
- Chasing overdue payments and sorting any invoice queries
- Handling CIS payments and making sure everything's HMRC-compliant
- Supporting the team with travel bookings, document prep and ad-hoc bits
- Accounting experience – ideally in a small business or construction firm
- Knowledge of CIS would be ideal
- Happy to work in a small office environment and most important have banter!
- Confident using Excel and Word
- Organised, proactive, and happy working independently
