Multi Tradesman - 18.00 per hour - Temp to Perm - Van & Fuel Card Provided
Location: Bath to Dorchester (travel between sites required)
Contract: Temp to Perm after 12 weeks
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
Start Date: ASAP
We are seeking an experienced Multi Tradesman to join our team, working on a social housing repairs and maintenance contract for care homes (Anchor contract). This role will involve a variety of reactive and planned maintenance tasks across properties between Bath and Dorchester.
Duties will include:
Patch plastering and wall repairs
Basic plumbing repairs
Carpentry work (doors, skirting, architraves, etc.)
Painting and decorating
General maintenance tasks as required
Working to high standards of workmanship and health & safety compliance
Requirements:
Proven experience in a multi-trade role (repairs and maintenance)
Confident in patch plastering, basic plumbing, carpentry, and painting
Experience in social housing, domestic maintenance, or care homes preferred
Full UK driving licence and own transport
Relevant trade qualifications (NVQ/City & Guilds) desirable
CSCS card preferred
Benefits:
18.00 per hour
