Job Description:We are currently seeking enthusiastic and flexible supply teachers to join our team for day-to-day cover across various primary schools in Gillingham. As a supply teacher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining continuity of education during staff absences, ensuring pupils continue to learn in a positive and structured environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver pre-planned lessons and maintain a positive classroom atmosphere.
- Adapt quickly to new classroom settings and establish good rapport with students.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies.
- Provide feedback to the school at the end of the day as required.

Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
