Job Description:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and flexible supply teachers to join our team for day-to-day cover across various primary schools in the South East. As a supply teacher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining continuity of education during staff absences, ensuring pupils continue to learn in a positive and structured environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity for both experienced educators and newly qualified teachers looking to gain a broad range of classroom experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver lessons and maintain a positive classroom atmosphere.
Adapt quickly to new classroom settings and establish good rapport with students.
Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies.
Provide feedback to the school at the end of the day as required.
Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Experience teaching in a primary school setting.
Confidence to work across different year groups and schools.
Flexibility, reliability, and a proactive attitude.
Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
Must be willing to travel locally for day-to-day placements.
