Production Shift Supervisor

£33k - £37k DOE
6am-6pm – Days only(4 days 4 on, 4 days off)
My client is looking for a Production Supervisor to join their well-established organisation on the day shift within the FMCG sector. If you have experience working within the FCMG sector as a Production Supervisor, are looking for a new opportunity, and have experience with the below duties, then apply now!
As a Production Shift Supervisor, you will be:
- Leading the production team and ensuring KPIs and production targets are being met.
- Reviewing team and individual performance as well as identifying areas for improvement.
- Ensuring constant availability of raw materials and packing materials for optimal efficiency.
- Completing all relevant documentation for BRC and ISO standards.
- Liaising with the Production Manager, HR, and any other departments for any people issues.
- Any other duties required.
The successful candidate will have / be:
- Solid experience as a Production Supervisor within the FMCG sector – Ideally food manufacturing.
- Strong people management and organisational skills.
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (HACCP & BRC).
- Able to lead by example.
