Monday-Friday (6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm rotating)
My client is looking for a Production Team Leader to join their well-established organisation on the day shift within the FMCG sector. If you have experience working within the FCMG sector as a Production Team Leader, are looking for a new opportunity, and have experience with the below duties, then apply now!
As a Production Team Leader, you will be:
- Leading and coordinating the production team and ensuring KPIs and production targets are being met in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensuring all tasks are being completed to correct standards and up to speed.
- Completing all start-up checks and other administrative duties as required.
- Raising and closing work orders, and general stock management using the system.
- Allocating staff and supporting the shift supervisor by ensuring all staff members know their duties.
- Training new and existing members of staff where necessary.
- Any other duties required.
The successful candidate will have / be:
- Experience as a Production Team Leader within the FMCG sector – Ideally food manufacturing.
- Experience with planning workload, rota scheduling, and holiday bookings.
- Good knowledge of food safety, food production processes, and health & safety regulations.
- Strong people management and organisational skills.
- Able to lead by example.
