Lister / Valuer - Estate Agency

Salary: £23,000 basic (plus guaranteed earnings for the first three months)On-Target Earnings: £30,000 - £40,000Work Pattern: Five days per week, including some Saturdays (two on, one off)

About the Role

As a Lister / Valuer, you will be instrumental in providing an exceptional property service. Whether helping clients buy or sell their home, your role ensures they feel welcomed, informed, and supported throughout the process. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual with a passion for property sales, lead generation, and client relations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct property valuations, converting them into listings.
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities to enhance performance.
  • Successfully present and negotiate offers, supporting sales progression where needed.
  • Prospect for new properties, arrange viewings, and book appointments for additional services such as mortgages and conveyancing.
  • Collaborate with colleagues during morning meetings to share updates and strategies.
  • Balance office-based business generation with property viewings and client meetings.
