Role Details:
Pay Rate: GBP14.88 per hour MIN
Location: Gillingham
Age Group: All pupils are aged 16+
DBS Requirement: An Adult Workforce DBS is essential. If you do not currently hold one, you can apply through us.
You will need to register with Prospero Teaching to be considered for these roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-to-one support to learners aged 16+
Assist with classroom activities and promote positive engagement
Support individual students with additional learning needs
Personal care will form part of this role
Suggested Qualifications & Skills:
Experience working in education, care, or support roles (desirable)
Relevant qualifications such as:
o Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant Certificate
o Health & Social Care qualification
o SEN training or experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other staff
