They are now looking to appoint an experiencedProperty Manager / Team Leaderfor theirRainhamoffice.
The desired candidate will be running a team of at least 3 property managers, they are looking for someonenot only knowledge of all things Property management but also how to run a team and direct the day by day operations for the team.
They are looking for a candidate that is very process driven, has leadership qualities and strategic thinking. The four main areas that fall under this Property Manager role include:
- End of Lease
- Maintenance
- Property Visits
- Compliance
Essential Skills:
- Senior Property Management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to work under pressure and multi task
- Manage and Inspire your team
- Driving Licence & Car
Works Hours:
Monday - Friday ( 9am - 6pm)
Package on Offer:
- 35,000 - 40, 000 (Dependent on Experience)
