SEN Teaching Assistants
Location: Gillingham, Kent
Pay: 90-95 per day (depending on experience)

About the Role
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll work closely with the Class Teacher to support students on a 1:1 or small group basis. Classes are small (6-10 pupils), creating a nurturing environment focused on life skills and personalised learning.
You'll collaborate with SEN TAs, contribute to therapy sessions outlined in students' EHCPs and may occasionally assist with personal care.
You'll Support Students With:
- Autism
- Speech, Language & Communication Needs
- Profound & Multiple Learning Difficulties
- Specific Learning Difficulties
- Social, Emotional & Mental Health needs
- Physical Disabilities
What We're Looking For
- Experience supporting children or adults with SEN
- Excellent communication skills
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for helping others
- An Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)

- Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm
- Location: Gillingham, Kent (ability to travel is a bonus)
- Pay: 90-95 per day
