Job Purpose:
To deliver high-quality learning sessions that meet the needs of learners, support their personal development, and help them achieve their learning goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and inclusive lessons in your subject area
- Create a positive and supportive learning environment
- Monitor and assess learner progress, providing feedback and guidance
- Work collaboratively with the centre staff and support services
Requirements:
- Experience in teaching or training adults (preferred)
- Must be willing to teach entry level maths as well as the English ESOL
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organised, reliable, and able to work independently
- A recognised teaching qualification
